I'm a Product Designer with a background in building and operating a clothing brand. Over three years, I worked across marketing, e-commerce, and operations. What interested me most wasn't selling products. It was understanding behavior. Why would customers abandon a purchase halfway through? Why did small changes sometimes lead to completely different outcomes? That experience taught me that business decisions, user behavior, and product experiences are deeply connected. Today, I design digital products with the same mindset: understanding people, identifying friction, and turning that chaos into something clear.
